Job Title: Consultant Solutions – ServiceNow
Role Summary:
Partner with enterprise IT and public sector clients to design, implement, and operate ServiceNow solutions that align business needs with technical capabilities. Deliver end‑to‑end consulting from scoping to post‑go‑live support, ensuring high quality, change readiness, and continuous improvement.

- Utilize AI tools and advanced analytics to drive innovation and value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical designs.
- Configure and set up ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITSM, ITSM, or related) and, where necessary, develop custom JavaScript extensions and integrations.
- Conduct unit testing, support user acceptance testing, and ensure solution quality.
- Lead change management activities: impact analysis, training material creation, key user training, and post‑deployment support.
- Pilot operations of the ServiceNow platform, manage updates, enhancements, and performance tuning.
- Establish and monitor service quality metrics, process improvements, and governance frameworks.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow implementation and operational management experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting (client/server), and platform configuration.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL, Agile product management, and IT services.
- Experience with ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITOM, ITSM/ITSM, and optionally SPM, CSM, FSM, or Gen AI.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Entrepreneurial drive and ability to work autonomously in fast‑moving environments.
- Proficient in English (written and spoken).
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business from a reputable institution (or equivalent).
- ServiceNow certifications: Certified System Administrator, Implementation Specialist, or Integration Specialist (plus or preferred).
- ITIL Foundation certification (or higher) is strongly preferred.
