**Job Title**
Cross‑Functional Project Manager (Male/Female)
**Role Summary**
Lead and deliver a portfolio of cross‑departmental transformation projects, representing the Quality & Projects Directorate. Provide end‑to‑end ownership from scope definition to successful deployment, ensuring projects meet objectives, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder satisfaction.
**Expectations**

- Deliver high‑quality outputs that satisfy all stakeholders.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, influencing capacity, and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Facilitate change management and user adoption.
- Maintain clear, up‑to‑date project documentation and reporting.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define project scope, objectives, and cost baseline with stakeholder validation.
- Gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk registers.
- Select, onboard, and manage external suppliers or partners.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams (internal and external) to execute deliverables.
- Track progress, report status to senior leadership, and adjust plans as needed.
- Plan and execute change‑management activities for end users.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and governance frameworks.
**Required Skills**
- Advanced project management (Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, Prince2/PMP) proficiency.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Experience with change management frameworks (e.g., Kotter, ADKAR).
- Deep understanding of IT environments: ERP, CRM, collaboration tools, data platforms, BI.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making capabilities.
- Superior communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Proven ability to manage complex initiatives across multiple business units.
- Digital transformation and customer‑centric process improvement knowledge is a plus.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- Project management certification preferred (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent).
