Director of Marketing
**Role Summary**
Lead creation and execution of integrated marketing initiatives for student housing portfolio, driving occupancy growth, brand awareness and tenant retention. Manage a cross‑functional marketing team, partnerships with external agencies, and performance analytics to align with business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**
1. Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
2. Source, negotiate, and oversee external vendors and agencies.
3. Conduct market research on student demographics, competitive landscape, and emerging trends.
4. Own brand strategy, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
5. Drive digital marketing (SEO, SEM, paid social, email, content) to increase online visibility and leads.
6. Partner with on‑site property teams to create localized marketing plans.
7. Plan, execute, and optimize multi‑channel campaigns (digital, print, events).
8. Oversee content creation for social media, website, email, and other collateral.
9. Manage social media presence and community engagement initiatives.
10. Coordinate student‑focused events and promotions to enhance property visibility.
11. Develop and control marketing budgets, performing ROI analysis.
12. Align marketing efforts with leasing teams, providing resources and training.
13. Analyze performance data, report metrics to executive leadership, refine strategies accordingly.
14. Foster collaboration with other departments (operations, leasing, sales) to ensure unified goals.
15. Lead, mentor, and grow a high‑performing marketing team.
**Required Skills**
- Strategic marketing planning and execution.
- Digital marketing expertise (SEO/SEM, paid media, social, email, content).
