Job Description: **Job Title:** Assistant (Co-ordinator) of Collective Activities and Social Housing Management **Role Summary:** Support the integration and well‑being of young tenants (18‑25 years) in a social housing residence by designing and delivering collective activities, providing social and administrative assistance, and managing tenant relations within a multidisciplinary team. **Expectations:** - Deliver high‑quality support to residents to foster autonomy, social cohesion, and professional integration. - Maintain professional boundaries while building trustful relationships. - Analyse resident needs and adapt services accordingly. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Welcome and assist new residents during the integration process. 2. Plan, coordinate, and execute collective activities and events for residents. 3. Provide information, guidance, and referrals to residents on housing, education, and employment matters. 4. Engage with external partners and stakeholders to strengthen support networks. 5. Manage tenant administrative files and contribute to tenancy management. 6. Support the daily operations and cross‑functional initiatives of the residence. **Required Skills:** - Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written). - Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team. - Analytical thinking and problem‑solving capability. - Relationship‑building with a balance of trust and professional distance. - Experience in social mediation or supported housing is an added advantage. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum BAC‑level qualification in administration or social work, or an equivalent qualification. ---
