**Job title** Commercial Property Management Agent (Full‑Time/Independently Contracted) **Role Summary** Act as the company’s regional representative for short‑term rental property management. Acquire and onboard new owners, coordinate day‑to‑day operations, and generate recurring monthly revenue through performance‑based commissions. **Expactations** - Achieve a target income of €2,500‑€5,000/month after establishing a stable portfolio. - Maintain a portfolio of at least 10–20 managed properties to reach commission goals. - Build long‑term client relationships and secure renewals for multi‑year contracts. - Operate autonomously while adhering to established procedures and quality standards. **Key Responsibilities** - Prospect and negotiate contracts with property owners for short‑term rental management. - Sign up new properties (apartments, houses, villas, atypical cabins, etc.). - Use provided software tools to schedule cleaning, maintenance, and guest communications. - Act as primary point of contact for owners and guests, resolving issues promptly. - Manage operational budgets, invoices, and revenue reporting. - Stay current with local real‑estate regulations, tax codes, and Airbnb platform updates. **Required Skills** - Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. - Excellent customer service and communication abilities. - Self‑motivation, time‑management, and ability to work remotely. - Basic financial literacy and familiarity with commission‑based income models. - Adaptability to a dynamic, tech‑enabled business environment. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum high‑school diploma or equivalent. - No specific degree required; relevant training in sales, real estate, or hospitality is advantageous. ---
