Job Description
**Job Title** Chief Change Officer **Role Summary** Lead and govern all transformation and change initiatives across Servaada’s client portfolio, establishing a world‑class change capability and operating model that delivers data migrations, offshore transitions, technology transformations, and regulatory changes at scale. **Expectations** - Own the end‑to‑end delivery of each client’s change portfolio within budget and timelines. - Build and scale a central Programme Office to manage inherited and new change projects. - Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation throughout the organization. - Maintain stakeholder alignment, ensuring client and internal priorities are balanced and risks mitigated. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy aligned with organizational and client objectives. - Design and implement an operating model that supports long‑term vision and client needs. - Deliver multidisciplinary change programmes that shift clients from current to target operating models, integrating technology, process redesign, and customer journey transformation. - Manage budgets, benefits tracking, training, HR redundancy consultations, premises changes, and all project financials. - Lead a cross‑functional team of client‑portfolio leads, overseeing planning, execution, and evaluation of transformation projects. - Conduct impact assessments, risk mitigation, and reporting using data‑driven insights. - Engage senior leadership and staff to secure change buy‑in and sustain momentum. - Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to inform the change agenda. **Required Skills** - Executive‑level change management, transformation, or organizational development experience, preferably in a UK regulated life‑and‑pensions context. - Proven ability to lead large‑scale, cross‑functional programmes and complex portfolios. - Strategic thinking with strong analytical and data‑interpretation skills. - Deep knowledge of change management frameworks, tools, and methodologies. - Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management abilities. - Resilience, adaptability, and a proactive, innovative mindset. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience). - Advanced change management or transformation certification (e.g., Prosci PMP, ACMP, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
