Job Description: **Job Title**: VP, FP&A & Strategic Finance **Role Summary**: Lead global financial planning, forecasting, KPI governance, and AI-enablement to scale a high-growth SaaS and FinTech company. Partner with executives, drive strategic finance initiatives, and optimize financial operating rhythms for growth. **Expectations**: - Minimum 15 years in FP&A or corporate finance, including executive leadership in SaaS/FinTech. - Proven experience in capital raises, M&A, and IPO readiness. - Deep expertise in SaaS metrics, financial modeling, and KPI governance. - Demonstrated success in leveraging automation/AI for FP&A efficiency. - Strong cross-functional and global collaboration skills. **Key Responsibilities**: 1. Prepare Board/investor reporting, align financial plans with GTM, product, and fintech teams. 4. Own end-to-end financial planning (annual plans, forecasts, scenario modeling, M&A financials). 5. Deploy AI/automation tools to enhance forecasting accuracy, streamline reporting, and reduce manual effort. 6.
