**Job title** Microsoft Business Central ERP Developer Analyst **Role Summary** Collaborate with operations, functional and technical teams to design, develop, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions. Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, build custom extensions in AL, integrate with external systems, test, support, and document solutions while maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of Microsoft technologies. **Expectations** - Directly report to the Operations Director. - Work in a cross‑functional environment, ensuring business and technical alignment. - Maintain high code quality, adhere to DevOps best practices, and support continuous improvement. - Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non‑technical stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Execute unit, integration, and regression testing; support production releases and provide advanced support. 6. Document solutions, create user training materials, and conduct user training sessions. 7. Perform ongoing technology watch on the Microsoft ecosystem (BC SaaS, AppSource, Power Platform). **Required Skills** - 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central. - Proficiency in AL (and familiarity with C/AL). - Working knowledge of VS Code, Git, and Azure DevOps workflows. - Understanding of core ERP modules: Finance, Purchasing, Sales, Production, CRM. - Technical English proficiency. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s (Bac+3) to Master’s (Bac+5) degree in Computer Science or related field. - MB‑800 certification (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central: Finance and Operations Apps) is preferred. - Knowledge of Power Platform is an asset.
