Job Description
Job title: CRM Domain Manager, IT Role Summary: Lead the strategy, implementation, and operational management of CRM and sales-related IT solutions (e.g., Veeva CRM, IQVIA, OpenPharma) across the organization. Serve as the primary liaison between the IT department and commercial teams, ensuring alignment between technology initiatives and business objectives. Expectations: - Deliver high‑quality, compliant CRM solutions that meet evolving sales and marketing needs. - Maintain optimal performance, reliability, and security of all domain‑specific applications. - Drive continuous improvement through effective project governance, change management, and stakeholder collaboration. Act as the primary point of reference for project methodology, coaching project leaders, and coordinating cross‑functional reviews with Finance, Procurement, and senior management.
