Job Title: Software Engineer Role Summary: Develop and evolve microservices‑based frameworks and tools on a Kubernetes platform to support diverse business processes across the organization. Work within an Agile team across distributed locations, contributing from requirements through to deployment and production support. Expectations: Deliver clean, maintainable code; participate actively in all development lifecycle phases; provide third‑level support for production incidents; collaborate effectively within a distributed team; continuously learn and adopt new technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain microservices and supporting tools using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, SQL, JPA, JMS, and JAX‑RS. - Containerize applications with Docker and deploy/run them on Kubernetes. - Write and maintain build scripts (preferably Gradle) and automate CI/CD pipelines. - Implement robust testing strategies and participate in code reviews. - Provide third‑level troubleshooting and root cause analysis for production issues. - Create and extend Jira plugins using the Atlassian SDK (if applicable). - Contribute to architectural discussions on identity management and product delivery services. - Foster a collaborative team culture despite remote working arrangements. Required Skills: - Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, Angular, SQL, and JPA. - Proficiency in RESTful Web Service design (JAX‑RS) and messaging (JMS). - Hands‑on Docker and Kubernetes experience. - Familiarity with CI/CD, Gradle, and Unix shell scripting. - Knowledge of identity and access management tools is a plus. - Ability to design and implement Atlassian Jira plugins using the SDK is a bonus. - Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and teamwork skills. **Job Title:** Business Analyst – Payments **Role Summary:** Collaborates with software engineers and global business analysts to design, develop, test, and maintain payment solutions that optimize processes, support client needs, and comply with industry regulations within an Agile framework. **Expectations:** - Drive improvement of payment processes and efficiency. - Translate business requirements into actionable solutions and document them in JIRA, Confluence, and Service Request platforms. - Design, build, test, and maintain features and bug fixes in partnership with developers. - Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of payment industry regulations and standards. - Troubleshoot customer and internal issues, provide support, and manage client interactions during testing. **Key Responsibilities:** 1.
