Job Description
Job Title: Salesforce and SaaS Developer Role Summary: Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Salesforce applications and SaaS solutions to support operational goals. Collaborate with stakeholders through release cycles, optimize data flow with ETL tools and APIs, and design workflows to improve system efficiency. Expectations: - Deliver high‑quality code in a fast‑paced environment. - Communicate effectively with business stakeholders. - Follow modern software deployment and version control practices. - Continuously learn and apply new Salesforce and SaaS capabilities. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze stakeholder requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Develop Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components; configure and customize SaaS integrations. - Manage data flow between systems using ETL tools and APIs. - Create and refine simple and complex workflows to enhance process efficiency. - Participate in release cycles, including code review, testing, and deployment. - Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring minimal downtime. Required Skills: - 3+ years of related experience or equivalent education/experience. - Proficiency in Salesforce platform development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning). - Experience with SaaS solution configuration, integration, and customization. - Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). - Knowledge of modern software deployment practices. - Ability to manage ETL processes and work with APIs. Required Education & Certifications: - Post‑secondary diploma or degree in a related field. - Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification (preferred). - Salesforce Integration Architect certification (preferred).
