Works within a high-volume, fast-paced customer care team, ensuring accurate data entry, timely follow‑ups, and proactive market research. **Expectations:** - Consistently meet or exceed key performance indicators for response time, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction. - Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product catalog and industry trends to recommend optimal solutions. - Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to refine offerings and improve customer experience. **Key Responsibilities:** - Respond to inbound leads and support requests via email, applying professional business etiquette and predefined response templates. - Initiate the sales process: schedule appointments, deliver initial presentations, and assess account requirements. - Recommend and upsell custom sticker solutions by probing customer needs and explaining product capabilities. - Close deals: build rapport, address objections, prepare contracts, and secure commitments. - Resolve customer issues at any stage of the sales cycle, ensuring a seamless experience on the company website. - Accurately enter customer data into Salesforce for order and lead tracking. - Qualify accounts to identify market potential and inform business development efforts. - Participate in product testing and provide feedback on user experience. - Monitor competitive products and customer reactions to inform continuous improvement. - Assist with related marketing and organizational tasks as directed by the Sales Manager. **Required Skills:** - 3–5 years of sales and customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce or custom product space. - Strong written and verbal communication, with excellent business email etiquette. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. - Ability to learn technical product details quickly and translate them into customer solutions. - Excellent organizational and time‑management skills to handle high inbound volume. - Analytical, creative, and practical problem‑solving abilities. - Team‑player mindset, self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum high‑school diploma or equivalent. - No specific certifications required.
