**Job Title** Director / Senior Director, Sales & Operations **Role Summary** Strategic leader responsible for driving revenue growth and operational excellence across all sales channels (DTC, retail, performance marketing, customer service, merchandising). Partners with cross‑functional teams (marketing, supply chain, finance, product management) and external agencies to develop and execute short‑ and long‑term sales strategies, ensure KPI achievement, and deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience. **Expactations** - Achieve sales targets and sustainable growth aligned with company objectives. - Establish data‑driven processes for forecasting, pricing, promotions, and inventory planning. - Maintain high operational readiness to minimize customer escalations and sales impact. - Foster collaboration and alignment among internal stakeholders and external partners. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and implement business strategies for all sales channels (short‑ and long‑term). - Lead structured sales target‑setting, KPI definition, and performance tracking. - Oversee merchandising, pricing, and promotion strategies in partnership with marketing and product teams. - Conduct market and consumer trend analysis; translate insights into go‑to‑market initiatives. - Drive cross‑functional projects focused on sales growth, marketing effectiveness, and operational efficiency. - Manage forecasting, inventory planning, and CPFR with Supply Chain. - Ensure product launch readiness and sign‑off on gating processes. - Deliver end‑to‑end customer experience; collect and act on customer feedback. - Lead weekly operating meetings, project governance, and internal approvals. - Manage strategic relationships with consultants, e‑commerce resellers, distributors, payment providers, and service vendors. **Required Skills** - Proven leadership of large, cross‑functional sales and operations teams. - Strong analytical and data‑driven decision‑making abilities. - Expertise in sales strategy, pricing, promotion, and merchandising. - Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills. - Deep understanding of DTC, retail, e‑commerce, and IoT/security product markets. - Ability to translate market trends into actionable sales plans. - Experience with forecasting, inventory management, and CPFR processes. - Superior communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Customer‑obsessed mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field (required). - MBA or advanced degree preferred. - Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Supply Chain Professional, Sales Management certification) advantageous but not mandatory.
