Job Description

**Job Title:** Market Data Analyst **Role Summary:** Responsible for overseeing client projects and delivering managed market‑data services. Manages vendor contracts, procurement, inventory, invoicing, and compliance for market‑data products, while coordinating with internal and client stakeholders. Remote position (US). **Expectations:** - Ensure accurate, timely administration of market‑data contracts and services. - Maintain up‑to‑date inventory and cost reporting. - Deliver on client SLAs and drive cost‑saving initiatives. - Communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** - Handle demand‑management, vendor inquiries, contract negotiation, entitlement administration, and moves/adds/changes requests. - Manage inventory of market‑data feeds, including onboarding/off‑boarding (joiners/leavers). - Reconcile invoices, validate monthly expense allocations, and produce spend reports. - Conduct monthly/quarterly exchange reporting and enforce data‑compliance policies. - Administer datafeeds (e.g., EMRS, DACS) and oversee exchange reporting. - Review spend, identify cost‑avoidance opportunities, and present cost overviews to business units. - Lead internal team meetings to monitor SLA performance and service deliverables. **Required Skills:** - Vendor management and contract administration for market‑data providers (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet, NYSE, ICE). - Procurement lifecycle management and spend reporting. - Strong project‑management and organizational abilities; ability to handle multiple simultaneous requests. - Excellent written and verbal communication; stakeholder engagement across legal, finance, IT, and investment teams. - Analytical mindset with focus on cost optimization. - Self‑starter attitude, high energy, and ability to work independently and collaboratively. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Business, Finance, or related field. - 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial services or market‑data environments; consulting experience preferred. - Familiarity with FITS and MDSL inventory systems is a plus.
