Job Title: Sales Development Representative (New Grad Spring 2026) Role Summary: Generate and qualify pipeline leads as the first contact for prospective customers, supporting account executives and sales managers in achieving revenue goals. Expectations: Meet or exceed monthly quota for qualified opportunities; maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the CRM; proactively identify key decision makers and influencers in target accounts. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct inbound and outbound prospecting to drive top‑of‑the‑funnel lead generation. • Research and identify influencers and decision makers within target accounts. • Initiate contact, build rapport, and qualify prospects for hand‑off to account executives. • Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in the CRM. • Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities. Required Skills: • Strong written and verbal communication. • Ability to multi‑task, organize, and prioritize workload. • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales enablement tools. • Self‑motivated with a proactive “energy” approach to opportunity identification. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field. • 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales development, inside sales, or a related role.
