Job Description
Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager – Luxury Hospitality Role Summary: Lead commercial strategy for a portfolio of luxury hotels and serviced apartments. Drive revenue growth, optimise occupancy and ADR/RevPAR, strengthen brand positioning, and deliver integrated sales and marketing initiatives across corporate, leisure, and travel trade sectors. Expectations: - Deliver measurable increases in occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR. - Expand direct bookings and shorten distribution channel dependency. - Maintain brand equity and consistent guest experience across all assets. Key Responsibilities: - Design and execute strategic sales plans for occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR. - Build and nurture relationships with corporate accounts, travel agents, tour operators, and global distribution partners. - Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities in luxury leisure and business travel segments. - Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform competitive positioning. - Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive direct bookings. - Oversee digital marketing channels: website performance, SEO, paid media, and social platforms. - Ensure brand consistency across all guest touchpoints. - Partner with luxury brands, concierge networks, and travel influencers to broaden reach. - Collaborate with revenue management teams on pricing, segmentation, and promotional strategies. - Optimise OTA performance and direct booking channels. - Analyse booking patterns, customer data, and market performance metrics to support forecasting and revenue planning. Required Skills: - Minimum 4‑5 years’ experience in hospitality sales and marketing, preferably in luxury hotels or serviced apartments. - Proven ability to drive revenue growth in competitive markets. - Strong digital marketing and distribution channel expertise (SEO, paid media, social, OTA, direct portal). - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. - Analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting booking data and market trend analysis. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred). - Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Certified Hospitality Sales Professional) are a plus.
