Ensure scalable, secure, and resilient systems on AWS, mentoring senior SREs and driving continuous improvement of reliability and performance. **Expectations:** - Deliver technical leadership across cloud infrastructure, reliability engineering, and platform operations. - Guide and mentor a senior SRE team, fostering high‑performance engineering practices. - Own incident management, root‑cause analysis, and reliability metrics. - Align SRE initiatives with enterprise standards for security, compliance, and operational excellence. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and maintain AWS‑based platform infrastructure, IaC, CI/CD pipelines, and security controls. - Lead the adoption of cloud‑native best practices with Kubernetes and related tooling. - Develop and enforce incident response processes, post‑mortem analysis, and reliability SLAs. - Partner with engineering and architecture teams to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant solutions. - Mentor and coach senior SREs, fostering continuous improvement of engineering processes. - Communicate reliability status, capacity planning, and risk mitigation to stakeholders. **Required Skills:** - Deep expertise in AWS services, Kubernetes, and cloud‑native architecture. - Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS CDK, or equivalent). - Strong coding ability across the software delivery lifecycle (Python, Go, Bash, etc.). - Experience with CI/CD tooling, monitoring, logging, and observability platforms. - Proven leadership in coaching, mentoring, and improving engineering teams and processes. - Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration and incident management. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Kubernetes Administrator, or equivalent) preferred.
