Job Description

Job title: Founding Engineer Role Summary: Founding engineer building end‑to‑end AI‑driven mobile app testing solutions. Owns full software stack, from frontend UI to backend services and cloud infrastructure, while instituting production‑ready ML pipelines and AI agents that automate UI tests through perception and interaction. Expectations: Rapid prototyping across multiple technologies with strong software fundamentals. Owns ML model training, evaluation, and deployment; works directly with customers to debug issues and inform product roadmap. Demonstrates calm prioritization, high code quality, and efficient delivery in a fast‑moving startup environment. Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement new product features across frontend, backend, and infrastructure. • Architect multimodal AI agents that interact with apps via vision, audio, and touch. • Train in‑house supervised and reinforcement learning models; develop evaluation benchmarks and dataset pipelines. • Build secure, scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP, Docker/Kubernetes). • Reverse‑engineer device communication protocols and automate device farms. • Stay current with research, integrating cutting‑edge technologies into the product. Required Skills: • Strong fundamentals in software engineering; clean, reliable code. • Full‑stack development experience (frontend frameworks, backend APIs, cloud services). • Production ML experience: data pipelines, model training, evaluation, statistics. • Knowledge of multimodal AI and reinforcement learning. • Proficiency with cloud platforms, containerization, CI/CD. • Reverse‑engineering device protocols and hardware interfaces. • Proficiency in AI‑assisted coding tools (e.g., Copilot). • Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and customer‑focused mindset. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). • ML/AI coursework or certifications (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, RL) preferred.
