**Job Title**
GM / Head of Studio
**Role Summary**
Lead the studio’s strategic vision, operational execution, and financial performance. Manage cross‑functional teams (IT, Legal, Production, HR, Recruitment), drive growth plans, and maintain high‑quality delivery for external development and art outsourcing services in the global gaming market.
**Expectations**
- Report directly to the CEO and align studio initiatives with company strategy.
- Deliver sustainable revenue and margin growth through portfolio, pricing, and capacity strategies.
- Foster a high‑performance culture focused on accountability, innovation, and employee engagement.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and communicate studio vision, aligning with corporate goals.
- Develop long‑term strategic plans for growth, market positioning, and new business opportunities.
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations across IT, Legal, Production, HR, and Recruitment, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Implement and monitor OKRs and KPIs, ensuring alignment with company strategy.
- Build, hire, and lead a high‑performance team; promote culture, professional development, and retention.
- Own studio P&L: budget decomposition, monthly reporting, quarterly forecasting, and annual budgeting.
- Manage capacity planning, bench risk, and staffing strategy in partnership with Production and Finance.
- Design performance‑based incentive programs linked to revenue and margin targets.
**Required Skills**
- Proven leadership as GM, Head of Studio, or equivalent in game development/service delivery.
- Strong strategic planning, tactical execution, and revenue management experience.
- Deep knowledge of operational metrics, data analysis, and performance optimization.
- Experience with Big4 audit processes and IT/business infrastructure.
- Skilled in recruiting, team development, and performance management.
- Excellent decision‑making, problem‑solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Game Development, Computer Science, or related field.
- Professional certifications in project management (PMP/PRINCE2) or finance (CPA/CA) are highly desirable.
