Job Description
Job Title: Data Quality Coordinator Role Summary: Responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and governance of client and business data across internal systems. Monitors data quality, implements controls, resolves inconsistencies, and supports remediation and transformation projects. Expectations: • 3+ years of experience in data quality, data governance, operations or project support. • Proven client‑facing experience with a focus on precision and professionalism. • Background in private wealth management, financial services or regulated environments. • Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive client data within compliance‑driven processes. Key Responsibilities: • Review, validate and maintain data accuracy in internal systems. • Liaise with stakeholders and clients to verify, clarify, or update records. • Ensure data capture aligns with regulatory requirements, internal policies and governance standards. • Establish and enforce rules and controls for data entry, maintenance and updates. • Identify data gaps, inconsistencies and inaccuracies; initiate corrective actions. • Support data remediation and transformation initiatives within the Projects team. • Maintain audit trails and documentation evidencing data accuracy and compliance. • Escalate data quality risks that could impact regulatory or compliance standing. • Collaborate with the Head of Transformation and project stakeholders to meet timelines. Required Skills: • Strong data quality and data validation expertise. • Knowledge of data governance, compliance and regulatory frameworks. • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities. • High attention to detail and accuracy. • Effective written and verbal communication with clients and internal teams. • Strong organizational skills and task prioritization. • Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset. • Ability to work methodically in a deadline‑driven, project‑based environment. Required Education & Certifications: • No specific educational requirement stated; relevant experience in data management or finance acceptable. • Certifications in data governance, data quality or compliance preferred.
