Job Title: Senior Marketing Manager
Role Summary: Lead the strategic planning, budgeting, and execution of all marketing initiatives for a defined category, ensuring alignment with company growth objectives and demonstrable ROI.
Expectations: Own end-to-end campaign lifecycles; translate data insights into customer‑centric strategies; collaborate cross‑functionally to maintain brand consistency; drive continuous optimization and measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the category marketing strategy in partnership with the Category Manager.
- Plan, budget, and roll out annual brand and product marketing programs, meeting performance and ROAS targets.
- Gather, analyze, and interpret user data, market trends, and campaign metrics to inform decisions.
- Track performance, report insights, and identify optimization opportunities across channels.
- Manage budget allocation, measure ROI, and ensure cost‑effective spend.
- Maintain brand integrity across all touchpoints, coordinating creative production.
- Coordinate with performance marketing, product, sales, customer care, and design teams.
- Streamline processes, ensure media transparency, and support efficient execution.
- Foster an agile, innovative culture focused on experimentation and learning.
Required Skills:
- 7+ years in digital, brand, or performance marketing.
- Strong analytical, data‑driven mindset with experience in marketing analytics.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and project‑management abilities.
- Creative storytelling and brand‑building aptitude.
- Customer‑obsessed mindset: listen, test, iterate.
- Collaborative, decisive, and self‑directed in fast‑paced environments.
- Familiarity with real‑estate, marketplace, or tech sectors preferred.
- Fluent in English; French or Dutch an advantage.
- Open to adopting emerging technologies (e.g., Gen‑AI, advanced analytics).
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Marketing certifications (Google Ads, Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) a plus.
