**Job Title** Internship Program, Summer 2025 **Role Summary** A 10‑week immersive summer internship designed for undergraduate students to gain hands‑on experience in the sports and entertainment merchandise industry. Interns work across departments—Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Technology, Analytics, etc.—partnering with senior staff on real projects and completing professional development workshops. **Expectations** - Full‑time enrollment in an accredited undergraduate (or graduate) program. - Minimum cumulative GPA ≥ 3.0. - Relevant major or coursework to chosen function. - Strong communication (oral & written) and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint). - Prior part‑time work, internship, or volunteer experience preferred. - Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (citizen, permanent resident, or visa holder). - Submission of a current resume and a cover letter specifying up to three functional areas of interest. **Key Responsibilities** - Participate in weekly professional development workshops (presentation, networking, communication). - Execute assigned projects within a specific department and collaborate with cross‑functional teams. - Collect, analyze, and report data pertinent to departmental objectives. - Prepare and present project findings to senior leadership. - Attend mentorship sessions with C‑suite and SVP leaders. **Required Skills** - Clear verbal and written communication. - Team‑based collaboration and adaptability. - Basic data analysis and reporting (Excel). - Presenting information in PowerPoint. - Time‑management and organizational skills. - Ability to learn new tools and processes quickly. **Required Education & Certifications** - Current student status in an accredited college/university. - Minimum GPA 3.0 (undergraduate) or equivalent (graduate). - Major or coursework related to the selected internship field. - No specific certifications required unless explicitly stated for a particular department.
