Job Description
**Job Title** Internal Communications Manager **Role Summary** The Internal Communications Manager leads the development, execution, and measurement of strategic internal communication programs across a global organization. Working closely with senior leadership, the manager drives cohesive messaging, enhances employee engagement, and supports organizational change initiatives through in‑house channels, events, and digital platforms, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and mission. **Expectations** - Deliver clear, concise, and compelling communication that resonates with diverse audiences. - Manage multiple concurrent projects, maintaining timelines and quality standards. - Maintain a high level of editorial accuracy and brand consistency across all materials. - Build strong partnerships across departments to source content and achieve communication objectives. - Demonstrate measurable impact through analytics and feedback loops. **Key Responsibilities** - Design and implement internal communication strategies that promote company priorities and culture. - Create and maintain editorial calendars for global and regional channels, ensuring timely distribution of content. - Lead intranet platform management: content planning, publishing, user engagement, performance monitoring, and technical troubleshooting. - Plan, produce, and coordinate all‑staff and regional events, managing agendas, presenters, and content assets. - Develop executive communication materials (presentations, talking points, remarks) that reflect senior leadership style and key messages. - Coach and guide staff and leadership on effective communication practices, cadences, and platform usage. - Ensure internal messaging aligns with external brand communications and regulatory requirements. - Continuously analyze communication effectiveness and recommend optimizations based on metrics and stakeholder feedback. **Required Skills** - Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to adapt tone and style for multiple audiences. - Strategic thinking and project management, overseeing complex initiatives across geographic boundaries. - Proficiency in intranet administration, digital content management systems, and analytics tools. - Strong editing, storytelling, and content formatting abilities (email, intranet articles, presentations, video scripts). - Event planning and coordination experience, including logistics and post‑event reporting. - Collaboration and influence across cross‑functional teams, including marketing, HR, IT, and executive leadership. - Proactive problem solving and a self‑starter attitude, able to drive initiatives without constant supervision. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field. - 5+ years of progressive internal communications or corporate communications experience, preferably in a global setting. - Familiarity with multimedia production and digital communication platforms is preferred. ---
