Job Description
**Job title**: Junior People Business Partner / HR Generalist **Role Summary**: Provide end‑to‑end HR administrative support and advisory services across the UK&I business, ensuring accurate employee data, compliance with GDPR and payroll processes, and effective execution of the performance, talent, and training cycles. **Expectations**: * 2–4 years in an HR or people‑management role. * Strong attention to detail and deadline orientation. * Ability to own tasks, raise risks early, and drive resolutions. * Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, ambiguous environment. * Passion for continuous improvement of employee experience. **Key Responsibilities**: * Manage all employee‑administrative tasks across the lifecycle. * Maintain 100 % data accuracy, GDPR‑compliant record keeping, and timely payroll processing. * Compile HR data reports, ensure reliability, and provide analysis to HRD/HR Manager. * Serve as first‑line HR support for line managers on policy and administrative queries. * Assist HR Manager with annual performance, talent, and merit review cycles. * Coordinate onboarding activities aligned with company values. * Plan, schedule, and process employee training programs, including spend management and portal entry. * Work with Finance to update payroll forecasts and manage payroll budgets. * Deliver HR presentations, trainings, and project support as needed. * Identify opportunities to enhance employee experience and propose solutions. * Champion talent development and a culture of speed, simplification, and accountability. **Required Skills**: * HR generalist knowledge (policy, administration, compliance). * Strong organizational and process‑management skills. * Proficiency in HRIS and data reporting tools. * Excellent written and verbal communication. * Initiative, self‑motivation, and a proactive mindset. * Ability to adapt to change and work under pressure. * Commitment to diversity, inclusion, ethics, and principled behavior. **Required Education & Certifications**: * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM‑CP) is desirable.
