Job Title: Marketing Manager
Role Summary: Own and execute LeverBrands’ end‑to‑end marketing strategy across social, email, events, website, and content to grow brand authority, audience, and lead generation.
Expectations: Deliver measurable growth (followers, open rates, event attendance, lead volume) by driving creative content, optimizing funnels, and coordinating cross‑functional execution within a fast‑paced, agency‑style environment.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube channels: schedule, create, and curate engaging, brand‑aligned content.
• Lead email marketing: build subscriber lists, craft high‑performance campaigns, and nurture leads.
• Design and distribute lead magnets and funnels in partnership with founders and senior leaders.
• Plan and coordinate online and in‑person events (webinars, workshops, meet‑ups).
• Maintain and update website content and case studies to support conversion.
• Track and analyze performance metrics; produce actionable insights and reports.
• Collaborate with in‑house editors, designers, and writers to produce assets.
• Support ad hoc projects and new channel launches as priorities shift.
Required Skills: • 2–3+ years of multi‑channel marketing experience (assistant or manager level).
• Strong content creation skills: copywriting, storytelling, visual sense.
• Proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube), email marketing tools, and analytics dashboards.
• Ability to design and optimize lead magnets, funnels, and event plans.
• Excellent project management, prioritization, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Data‑driven mindset: analyze metrics, derive insights, and iterate strategies.
Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Certifications in digital marketing, social media, or email marketing preferred but not mandatory.
