**Job Title**
Data Developer (M/F)
**Role Summary**
Design, develop, and industrialize data, AI, and data‑visualization solutions to support development and DevSecOps teams. Contribute to integrating AI capabilities into developer tools, produce dashboards, and train internal teams.
**Expectations**
- Advanced proficiency in Python for building scripts, services, APIs, and batch processes.
- Solid understanding of AI/ML models, generative AI, and AI observability.
- Experience with data ingestion, ETL/ELT pipelines, data quality, and performance tuning.
- Ability to create and maintain Power BI dashboards and other visual‑analytics artifacts.
- Comfortable working with DevOps/CI‑CD tools (GitLab CI, pipelines) and collaborative platforms (Confluence, JIRA).
- Strong communication skills for documentation, knowledge sharing, and training sessions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and develop Python components (scripts, services, APIs, batch jobs).
- Build and industrialize end‑to‑end data and AI processing chains (ingestion, validation, tracing, optimization).
- Integrate AI functionalities (code assistants, automation, analysis) into developer tooling.
- Create Power BI and other visualisation dashboards for monitoring, decision support, and observability.
- Maintain technical documentation and contribute to knowledge bases (Confluence).
- Provide coaching, demos, and training (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to internal teams.
- Manage backlog items, collaborate with project/product/tooling squads, and deliver regular progress reports.
**Required Skills**
- Python programming (advanced).
- Machine learning and generative AI concepts.
- ETL/ELT design and data preparation.
- Power BI and data‑visualisation tools.
- CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitLab/Placide).
- Version control and collaboration tools (Git, GitHub Copilot, Confluence, JIRA).
- English proficiency (technical communication).
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Python, Data Engineering, Power BI) are a plus but not mandatory.
