Job Title: Salesforce Administrator
Role Summary: Own, optimize, and scale the Salesforce platform across Sales, Marketing, Service, Operations, Data, and Engineering functions to ensure efficient processes, secure data, and actionable insights that drive growth and customer success.
Expectations: Deliver a stable and compliant Salesforce environment; automate manual workflows; enable rapid adoption of Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud; maintain data quality and governance; provide clear reporting and insights; continually recommend platform enhancements aligned with evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer daily Salesforce operations: users, profiles, roles, permissions, security settings, and platform stability.
- Design, build, and maintain declarative solutions (Flows, validation rules, custom objects, fields, record types, Lightning pages).
- Partner with Engineering on API integrations and downstream system connections.
- Administer Salesforce Marketing Cloud: data extensions, journeys, automation, segmentation, and integration with core Salesforce.
- Lead Service Cloud implementation and optimization (case management, routing, queues, macros, reporting, agent workflows).
- Enforce data governance: validation, deduplication, standardization, and best‑practice policies.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards for pipeline, marketing, service, and operational metrics.
- Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Service, Operations, Data, and Engineering to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Serve as primary support contact, troubleshoot issues, and develop training, documentation, and adoption best practices.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend platform enhancements that support business goals.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience administering Salesforce across multiple clouds (Sales, Marketing, Service).
- Proficiency in declarative automation tools (Flows, validation rules, etc.).
- Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (journeys, automation, data extensions).
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or a comparable customer support platform.
- Strong data governance and reporting capabilities.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
- Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Proactive approach to continuous improvement and platform innovation.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Salesforce Administrator certification preferred (certified or in progress).
