**Job Title** Data and ML Product Lead **Role Summary** Lead the strategy, development, and end‑to‑end delivery of data and machine‑learning products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enabling scalable, high‑quality solutions across the organization. **Expectations** - Drive product strategy that integrates with overall data and business goals. - Deliver measurable value through well‑defined KPIs and continuous improvement. - Maintain governance and compliance standards for all data products. - Foster cross‑functional collaboration and shared ownership of outcomes. **Key Responsibilities** - Define and execute a comprehensive data‑product roadmap and catalogue. - Prioritise initiatives with business units, data science, and technology teams. - Oversee ideation, development, deployment, and iterative enhancement of ML products. - Establish the product operating model, including governance, quality, and regulatory compliance. - Measure product success via KPIs and adjust strategies based on user feedback and performance data. **Required Skills** - Proven product ownership with roadmap creation, prioritisation, and value measurement. - Strong communication skills: able to simplify complex data concepts for non‑technical stakeholders. - Deep understanding of the insurance value chain (pricing, underwriting, claims, risk). - Hands‑on experience with cloud data technologies (Azure, Databricks) and product delivery. - Ability to build trust and align priorities across business, data, and technology teams. - Knowledge of data‑product governance frameworks and regulatory requirements. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field. - Preferred advanced degree or equivalent industry experience. - Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, PMP, Azure Data Engineer, or data governance) are advantageous.
