Job title: IT Delivery Manager – Infrastructure
Role Summary:
Coordinating and driving the day‑to‑day delivery of infrastructure initiatives (hybrid cloud, on‑prem, network, data, workplace, SaaS) within a large organization, ensuring scope, timelines, risks, and budgets are managed, and deliverables are met without direct people management responsibilities.
Expectations:
- Deliver on project and service coordination in a matrix, cross‑functional environment.
- Maintain high organizational discipline, attention to detail, and strong judgment.
- Communicate effectively in French and English to all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate delivery activities across technical teams, operations, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Own and track scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and budgets.
- Manage expectations of business partners, project teams, and IT service managers.
- Identify gaps or risks early and ensure agreed deliverables are achieved.
- Document non‑functional requirements (DRP, backups, access, privacy).
- Conduct Privacy Impact Assessments (Law 25) in collaboration with Architecture, Legal, and external partners.
- Support change management, including user‑facing documentation.
- Contribute to project planning and technology roadmaps.
- Balance operational delivery with transformation and improvement initiatives.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience coordinating infrastructure projects and services.
- Solid exposure to infrastructure environments (cloud, on‑prem, networking, data, SaaS).
- Ability to influence in a matrix organization without direct authority.
- Strong organizational, planning, and detail‑oriented skills.
- Excellent written and spoken communication in French and English.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in project delivery (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL) or infrastructure (e.g., CCNA, Azure/AWS fundamentals) preferred but not mandatory.
