Job Description: Job Title: Analyst – Real Estate Investment Manager Role Summary: Support asset‑level strategy execution and optimisation across a diversified UK/Europe real estate portfolio (Single Family Housing, Office, PBSA, Self‑Storage). Drive investment performance through underwriting, financial modelling, and active monitoring from acquisition to realisation. Expectations: - Own early work assignments and deliver tangible value contributions. - Operate autonomously within a lean, entrepreneurial team. - Demonstrate a strong commercial mindset and commercial acumen. - Proactively identify risks and opportunities to enhance portfolio returns. Key Responsibilities: - Build, maintain, and audit comprehensive financial models (including downside & sensitivity analyses). - Monitor asset performance against underwriting assumptions, flag variances, and recommend corrective actions. - Support underwriting and structuring of new investment opportunities. - Prepare investment committee decks and investor reporting materials. - Coordinate with sponsors, operators, lenders, and advisers to align execution with strategy. - Assist in portfolio‑level monitoring, capital management, and governance processes. Required Skills: - Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills. - In‑depth understanding of real estate investment fundamentals (valuation, covenants, cash‑flow analysis). - Strong written and verbal communication, capable of presenting complex data to stakeholders. - Self‑starter with high accountability and execution focus. - Comfortable in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). - Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM, RICS) preferred but not mandatory.
