Job Description
**Job Title** Senior Enterprise Account Executive – EMEA **Role Summary** Drive revenue growth by acquiring and closing enterprise accounts in the EMEA region for an AI‑powered supply‑chain platform focused on the apparel and fashion industry. **Expectations** - Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas. - Build a reliable pipeline and close deals within agreed timelines. - Act as a trusted advisor to C‑level stakeholders and demonstrate clear ROI of the platform. **Key Responsibilities** - Prospect, qualify, and close new enterprise accounts in assigned territory or vertical. - Develop and execute strategic account plans to penetrate target accounts and maximize revenue. - Build and maintain strong relationships with C‑level executives, decision‑makers, and influencers within target organizations. - Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer pain points and business objectives. - Collaborate with engineering, product management, and customer success to create customized solutions and proposals. - Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and procurement processes to close deals on schedule. - Forecast sales activity and revenue projections accurately using CRM tools. - Stay up‑to‑date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities. **Required Skills** - 5+ years of software sales experience in the fashion/appliance or apparel supply‑chain sector. - Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quota‑carrying sales targets. - Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, influencing, and problem‑solving skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. - Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce) for pipeline management, activity tracking, and reporting. - Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events. - Fluency in English and proficiency in at least one additional European language (e.g., French, Italian, Spanish). **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply‑Chain, or related field.
