**Job Title:** Maître d'Hôtel Evenementiel – Restaurant (H/F) **Role Summary:** Serve as the ultimate guarantor of in‑room and table service quality across multiple dining venues, ensuring guest satisfaction and operational excellence. Work under the Restaurant Manager to oversee all front‑of‑house staff, manage reservations, table plans, and coordinate kitchen‑service relations. **Expactations:** - Deliver impeccable service in line with established standards. - Manage guest interactions, reservations, and seating plans. - Lead, train, and mentor front‑of‑house teams. - Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. - Resolve issues proactively and uphold reputation for hospitality. **Key Responsibilities:** - Supervise all dining room personnel, ensuring adherence to service protocols. - Assist the Restaurant Manager with opening/closing duties, staffing, and order intake. - Organize daily service schedules, table arrangements, and reservation allocations. - Monitor kitchen‑table coordination to guarantee timely, quality service. - Control cleanliness, hygiene, and overall ambiance of the dining area. - Address guest complaints, feedback, and special requests with professionalism. **Required Skills:** - Extensive experience as a Maître d’Hôtel in fine‑dining or evento‑centric restaurants. - Strong customer‑service orientation with a proactive problem‑solving attitude. - Team leadership, coaching, and performance management abilities. - Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills. - Knowledge of reservation systems, table‑plan software, and hospitality standards. - Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Formal hospitality or culinary management training (diploma or equivalent). - Valid Maître d’Hôtel, front‑of‑house, or equivalent certification preferred. ---
