**Job Title** Construction Site Manager – Roads & Utilities (VRD) **Role Summary** Oversee the planning, execution and close‑out of road and utility construction projects. Ensure technical, administrative and financial compliance, while managing team leaders and maintaining client relationships. Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards. **Expectations** - Proven track record managing VRD or civil engineering construction sites. - Strong organizational and autonomous decision‑making skills. - Leadership experience coordinating multidisciplinary field teams. - Valid Category B driver’s licence. - Willingness to travel to multiple sites within the region. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Review technical dossiers and prepare site‑initiation plans. 2. Schedule works and allocate human and material resources. 3. Supervise crew leaders, coordinate on‑site activities, and enforce safety protocols. 4. Monitor project budget, perform cost control and issue variance reports. 5. Liaise with clients, architects, and subcontractors to resolve issues. 6. Conduct work acceptance and manage defect rectification. 7.
