Job Title: Full Stack Engineer – AI
Role Summary: Own end‑to‑end design, implementation, and iteration of AI‑powered features in a production‑grade PropTech platform. Engineer AI systems that are reliable, scalable, and smoothly integrated into core backend workflows to support real users.
Expectations: Demonstrated experience building AI solutions beyond proofs‑of‑concept; strong collaboration with backend and product teams; self‑directed and comfortable with autonomy; focus on user‑centric, maintainable products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, code, test, and deploy AI‑driven features using React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Integrate AI services with backend APIs, databases (PostgreSQL), and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Vercel, Inngest).
- Own features end‑to‑end: requirement analysis, model integration, testing, CI/CD pipeline, monitoring, and iterative improvement.
- Ensure high reliability and maintainability of AI systems—including model versioning, data pipelines, and performance benchmarks.
- Collaborate on technical architecture decisions affecting AI integration and system scalability.
- Deliver scalable, production‑ready solutions that handle real data and user traffic.
Required Skills:
- Proven track record building production‑ready AI or ML models / systems.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, React, and related web technologies.
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and cloud services (AWS, serverless/Vercel).
- Familiarity with AI deployment pipelines, inference serving, and model monitoring.
- Solid software engineering fundamentals: unit/integration testing, CI/CD, version control (Git).
- Ability to debug performance issues, handle real data pipelines, and optimize for production workloads.
- Effective communication with cross‑functional teams (product, backend, data).
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a closely related field.
- Relevant certifications in AI/ML or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TensorFlow Certification) are advantageous but not required.
