**Job title** Business Development Specialist **Role Summary** Drive revenue growth across all product divisions (Car, Motorcycle, Power Products, Marine) by identifying market opportunities, crafting actionable strategies, and securing stakeholder alignment. **Expectations** - Deliver data‑driven growth plans that translate into measurable targets. - Act as a decisive project manager: define, track, and close initiatives on schedule. - Foster collaborative relationships with branches, distributors, and internal teams. - Demonstrate deep market knowledge and share insights to elevate team performance. **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct in‑depth market analysis and trend monitoring. - Translate research findings into product‑specific marketing and sales strategies. - Lead cross‑functional projects, defining scope, timelines, and deliverables. - Manage stakeholder engagement, conducting regular meetings with branches and distributors to promote new initiatives. - Create and maintain key performance dashboards, reporting progress to senior management. - Provide training and support to team members, facilitating knowledge transfer. **Required Skills** - Business development and account management expertise. - Strong project management skills, with proven ability to deliver on time and within scope. - Proficient in data analytics; experience using SAP and Marketing Cloud tools. - Excellent written and verbal communication in Dutch and English. - Analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and ability to translate insights into action. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related field. - Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development, preferably within automotive or similar sectors. - Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are desirable.
