**Job Title:** Account Manager UK&I **Role Summary:** Responsible for managing and expanding the client portfolio across the United Kingdom and Ireland for a global cybersecurity solutions provider. Drives sales of hardware security modules, key‑management and data‑protection solutions, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and delivering high‑quality service to strategic accounts. **Expectations:** - Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets for the UK&I region. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. - Provide accurate forecasts and pipeline updates. - Ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to compliance standards. - Collaborate with internal technical, product, and support teams to deliver tailored solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the UK&I market. - Conduct product presentations, demos, and proof‑of‑concepts for enterprise clients. - Negotiate contracts and close sales while managing the full sales cycle. - Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes impacting cybersecurity solutions. - Coordinate with engineering and support teams to ensure successful implementation and post‑sale support. - Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and account plans to senior management. **Required Skills:** - Proven sales experience in cybersecurity, hardware security modules, or related IT security solutions. - Strong understanding of cloud‑based and on‑premises security technologies, key management, and data protection. - Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities. - Analytical and problem‑solving mindset with ability to address complex technical requirements. - Familiarity with cybersecurity regulatory frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, NIST, ISO 27001). - Ability to work independently and within cross‑functional teams in a dynamic environment. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). - Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, or vendor‑specific security certifications) are a plus. - Demonstrated experience in the cybersecurity industry preferred.
