Job Description
**Job title** Logistics / Sales Administration Internship **Role Summary** Intern supports logistics planning, import/export operations, and sales administration for a European packaging manufacturer. Works closely with suppliers, carriers, warehouses, customs, and sales teams to ensure timely delivery of semi‑bulk packaging solutions. **Expectations** • Student (DUT/BUT or Bachelor’s) in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or marketing. • Manage internship duration as per availability; potential summer extension. • Strong willingness to learn, adapt quickly to new tools, and collaborate in a fast‑paced, international setting. **Key Responsibilities** • Maintain and update logistics schedules, factoring supplier lead time, transit, and customer demand. • Organize and monitor import flows (sea, road, air) across multiple Incoterms. • Coordinate deliveries: direct, cross‑docking, and warehouse‑stocking with suppliers, carriers, and sales. • Support logistics management of external storage facilities in France, Italy, and Spain; track goods movements. • Supervise and coordinate customs operations, including document verification and editing. • Address logistics complaints and contribute to resolution. • Provide occasional administrative support to CSR teams and handle switchboard duties. **Required Skills** • Proficient in Excel; familiarity with ERP systems preferred; quick learner. • Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages a plus. • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities. • Excellent communication, teamwork, and proactive attitude. **Required Education & Certifications** • Current enrollment in a DUT/BUT or Bachelor’s program in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or marketing techniques. • No specific certifications required.
