Drive innovation in large language models, agent systems, and complex problem solving, and guide the organization from research to scalable deployment. **Expectations:** - Set the technical AI strategy and uphold scientific excellence. - Translate cutting‑edge AI concepts into robust, production‑grade systems. - Mentor and grow a high‑performance research engineering team. - Represent the company as an AI industry thought leader. **Key Responsibilities:** - Direct research initiatives in LLM‑based agents, complex task planning, automated reasoning, and system automation for e‑commerce. - Solve high‑difficulty problems such as dynamic decision‑making, multimodal interaction, automated workflow generation, code assistance, and system optimization. - Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to integrate research insights into scalable AI products. - Oversee the transition of research prototypes to stable, performance‑optimized deployment environments. - Mentor engineers, foster technical talent, and maintain a culture of innovation. - Engage with external AI communities, conferences, and publications to elevate the organization’s research profile. **Required Skills:** - Deep expertise in large language models, agent systems, reinforcement learning, or AI‑for‑coding/research. - Proven ability to develop and deploy large‑scale AI models in production. - Strong programming aptitude (Python, ML frameworks) and systems engineering experience. - Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and innovative thinking. - Effective communication, cross‑functional collaboration, and leadership in a fast‑paced, multicultural setting. **Required Education & Certifications:** - PhD or Master’s in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field, or equivalent research experience. - Prior research or engineering experience at a top university or leading AI organization is highly preferred.
