Job Description

**Job Title** Sr. Software Engineer **Role Summary** Technical Lead responsible for architecting and delivering high‑quality software solutions in the Cards & Payments and Asset & Wealth Management domains, leveraging Kafka, Oracle/PL SQL, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, and Core Java. **Expectations** - Lead a hybrid‑work technical team and consistently deliver on project timelines. - Apply advanced problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced environment. - Exhibit strong collaboration and communication with cross‑functional stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, develop, and deploy microservices and RESTful APIs, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. - Implement and maintain data pipelines using Kafka and Oracle databases, writing efficient PL/SQL procedures. - Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards. - Collaborate with product, QA, and operations teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Oversee CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes. - Produce and maintain technical documentation and architecture diagrams. **Required Skills** - Kafka, Oracle, PL/SQL - Spring Boot, Microservices, REST Web Services - Core Java (Java SE/EE) - Agile/Scrum development practices - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills - Domain knowledge in Cards & Payments and Asset & Wealth Management - Leadership and mentoring experience **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. - Certifications in Java (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE) and Microservices/Spring Framework are preferred.
