Job Description
**Job Title:** Client Account Manager / Customer Success Manager **Role Summary:** Act as the primary strategic partner for a portfolio of enterprise clients, driving adoption, renewal, and expansion of NeosAlpha’s IT consulting and cloud services solutions. Ensure maximum client value while sustaining long‑term account health and revenue growth. **Expactations:** - Maintain or increase revenue from existing accounts through renewals, extensions, upsells, and cross‑sell initiatives. - Deliver measurable improvements in client satisfaction and retention, achieving target Net‑Promoter Score and churn metrics. - Provide proactive, data‑driven insights to clients and internal teams to accelerate adoption of iPaaS, API Management, ERP, data, and AI platforms. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own and grow a portfolio of high‑value customer accounts. - Lead contract renewal and commercial discussions, collaborating with sales and finance. - Identify and close upsell and cross‑sell opportunities aligned with client success. - Build and maintain relationships with senior and C‑level stakeholders. - Serve as the client advocate within the organization, sharing feedback with product, marketing, and leadership. - Resolve escalations and coordinate with support, product, and operations to ensure timely issue resolution. - Maintain accurate account plans, success metrics, and forecasts in CRM and CS tools. **Required Skills:** - 6+ years in account management, customer success, or similar role within IT consulting or services. - Proven track record of managing renewals, driving account growth, and achieving high retention. - Strong commercial acumen; ability to balance customer value with revenue objectives. - Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills, with experience interacting at C‑level. - Data‑driven mindset; proficiency in CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and customer success platforms. - Strong problem‑solving and escalation management capabilities. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree (graduation) in Business, Information Technology, or related field. - No specific certifications required.
