NewRocket UK Sales Leader
**Role Summary**
Lead NewRocket’s UK sales operations, driving revenue growth and market expansion for ServiceNow solutions across enterprise accounts. Own the full sales cycle, from pipeline development to deal closure, while managing a high‑performance regional sales team and collaborating closely with ServiceNow UK leadership.
**Expectations**
- Achieve annual booking targets for licenses, professional services, and managed services.
- Maintain 3–5× quota coverage and deliver high‑quality pipeline.
- Expand existing accounts and secure net‑new logos, targeting £1M+ engagements.
- Ensure adherence to forecast accuracy and margin discipline.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define & execute UK go‑to‑market strategy aligned with ServiceNow offerings (ITSM, ITOM, IRM/GRC, SecOps, CSM, HRSD, Custom Apps).
- Own and deliver NR UK booking targets; oversee RFP/RFI responses and commercial negotiations.
- Lead complex, multi‑year enterprise deals and build C‑level relationships across primary verticals (Financial Services, Energy, Retail, Tech).
- Manage alliance relationship with ServiceNow UK leadership; co‑create account plans with ServiceNow UK account teams and ecosystem partners.
- Participate in joint pipeline reviews, QBRs, and ServiceNow GTM campaigns; refine messaging and thought leadership.
- Recruit, coach, and develop a regional sales team; set performance metrics, quotas, and compensation plans.
- Collaborate with Delivery, Practice, Solutions, Alliances, and Finance to ensure deal quality and smooth handoffs.
- Represent NewRocket at ServiceNow events, industry forums, and marketing initiatives.
**Required Skills**
- 10–15+ years of enterprise technology sales experience.
- 3–5+ years selling ServiceNow solutions or within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Proven record of closing £1M+ service engagements.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow licensing, services models, and enterprise procurement.
- Executive presence, stakeholder management, and high‑level negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with commercial acumen and ability to structure multi‑year managed services.
- Team leadership: recruitment, coaching, performance management, and development.
- Ability to build and maintain qualified pipelines and close high‑value opportunities.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- ServiceNow certification(s) (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist) preferred but not mandatory.
