Job Description
**Job Title** Senior Account Manager – Enterprise Onboarding & Client Success **Role Summary** Lead and grow relationships with large, multi‑department enterprise customers. Own the entire onboarding journey from contract negotiation through adoption, ensuring a seamless transition to long‑term success and continued business expansion. **Expectations** - Serve as the primary commercial and operational contact for key clients. - Maintain high satisfaction and retention rates while driving upsell/cross‑sell opportunities. - Deliver timely, structured onboarding programmes that achieve measurable platform adoption and value realization. **Key Responsibilities** - Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise and strategic accounts. - Lead the onboarding of new large enterprise clients, coordinating IT, operations, marketing, finance, and senior leadership stakeholders. - Design and execute structured onboarding plans, including kick‑off sessions, timelines, milestones, and go‑live support. - Ensure successful adoption and measurable value creation on the platform. - Build and nurture trusted relationships with decision‑makers and operational users. - Identify and pursue upsell, cross‑sell, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts. - Proactively manage onboarding risks, issues, and escalations throughout the customer lifecycle. - Collaborate with product, technical, and support teams to resolve issues and provide customer insights. - Deliver regular account reviews, performance updates, and strategic planning sessions. - Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast revenue and renewal probabilities. - Represent the business in client meetings, site visits, and industry events. **Required Skills** - Proven experience in onboarding large enterprise software customers across multiple departments. - Strong B2B account management and client‑success background in SaaS or technology‑led environments. - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills. - Strong commercial acumen and ability to negotiate contracts and renewal terms. - Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple onboarding projects and accounts simultaneously. - Problem‑solving mindset, calm under pressure, and professional demeanor with senior stakeholders. - Full, valid driving licence (travel to client sites required). **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field. - Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CSPO, CBAP) preferred but not mandatory.
