Job title: Bilingual Nurse Trainer Role Summary: Deliver on‑site, hands‑on training in a digital triage platform to nursing and clinical staff, facilitating onboarding, troubleshooting, and adoption while collaborating with hospital teams. Expectations: Provide effective bilingual instruction, manage training schedules, resolve technical issues, and gather continuous feedback for system improvement during a 1‑month contract (with potential extension). Key Responsibilities: • Plan, develop, and conduct training sessions for staff in both English and French. • Demonstrate platform features, workflows, and EMR integration. • Assist staff with system onboarding, data entry, and issue resolution. • Coordinate with hospital IT and clinical teams to ensure smooth implementation. • Collect and report user feedback to product stakeholders. • Update and maintain training documentation and materials. Required Skills: • Fluent in English and French (verbal & written). • Nursing or clinical background with knowledge of inpatient and ED workflows. • Experience designing and delivering training programs. • Strong problem‑solving, critical thinking, and technical troubleshooting skills. • Familiarity with electronic medical records systems and Canadian healthcare processes. • Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities. Required Education & Certifications: • Registered Nurse (RN) credential or equivalent clinical qualification. • Licensed to practice nursing in Canada. • Experience with EMR systems is an asset; no additional certifications required.
