Job Description

Job title: Product Developer – Technical SPOC & Project Coordination Role Summary: Lead end-to-end product development for new concepts, serving as the single technical contact for cross‑functional teams and ensuring alignment of design, manufacturing, and certification processes. Expectations: Deliver validated prototypes, maintain project schedules, mitigate technical risks, and facilitate smooth handover to production while driving continuous improvement in product and process performance. Key Responsibilities: • Design, calculate, and prototype new product concepts. • Identify and evaluate emerging materials, technologies, and manufacturing methods. • Coordinate development priorities, milestones, and technical alignment across departments. • Maintain and update technical documentation, specifications, and certification dossiers. • Collaborate with purchasing, production, quality, and suppliers to resolve technical issues and support pilot production. • Track technical actions, risks, and decisions to ensure transparent execution. Required Skills: • Strong analytical and solution‑oriented mindset. • Proficiency in CAD, technical calculations, and documentation systems. • Excellent written and spoken English communication. • Ability to manage technical documentation and coordinate with cross‑functional teams. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Hydraulics, or related field (or equivalent experience). • Relevant experience in product development and technical project coordination. Preferred: • Experience with FMEA, certification processes, and supplier coordination.
