Job Description
**Job Title:** Account Manager, Sponsorship **Role Summary:** Serve as the primary client contact for assigned sponsorship accounts, lead integrated experiential and multi‑channel programs, manage cross‑functional teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in line with strategic objectives. **Expectations:** - Direct client relationship management and growth identification. - Independent oversight of key workstreams while supporting senior leads. - Leadership of brief development, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Act as day‑to‑day client liaison across assigned accounts. 2. Manage and mentor an Account Coordinator. 3. Build and nurture client relationships; identify and pursue upsell opportunities. 4. Develop, manage, and present creative briefs, timelines, budgets, estimates, and resource plans. 5. Lead cross‑functional teams (Strategy, Creative, Production) to deliver results‑driven sponsorship programs. 6. Own end‑to‑end project execution from brief through completion, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and strategy. 7. Track and report financial performance; conduct KPI analysis and recommend optimization strategies. 8. Oversee on‑site activation execution and staff management as required. **Required Skills:** - 2–3 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in experiential marketing or comparable in‑field roles. - Strong grasp of sponsorship, partnerships, and sports marketing concepts (advantage). - Strategic mindset with proven ability to manage integrated multi‑channel programs (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, Snapchat). - Excellent organizational, time‑management, and financial acumen; advanced Excel proficiency. - Exceptional written and verbal communication; high client‑service orientation. - Collaborative, self‑starting attitude; ability to work evenings/weekends for activations. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Post‑secondary diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. - No specific certifications mandated, but standard industry knowledge is required.
