**Job Title:** Direct to Consumer Specialist **Role Summary:** Oversee the execution of an e‑commerce platform for a national golf apparel brand, driving product onboarding, merchandising, and digital marketing activities to maximize online sales and customer experience on the company’s Canadian website. **Expactations:** - Manage day‑to‑day product lifecycle activities on Salesforce Commerce Cloud. - Collaborate across marketing, merchandising, operations, and customer service to align digital initiatives with global brand objectives. - Analyze performance data, conduct A/B tests, and provide actionable insights to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction. - Serve as the quality assurance lead for new platform enhancements and releases. **Key Responsibilities:** - Onboard, catalogue, and merchandise new products, ensuring accurate listings and optimal categorization. - Coordinate with stakeholders to execute content strategy, visual merchandising, and search‑optimization tasks. - Monitor weekly sell‑through by category, identify opportunities, and report findings. - Partner with global DTC teams on local site improvements and marketing campaigns. - Utilize Google Analytics to generate reports, track user behavior, and inform decisions. - Support digital marketing efforts that grow traffic, the customer database, and conversion rates. - Liaise with customer service and shared service functions to resolve operational issues and enhance the customer journey. **Required Skills:** - Minimum 3 years of e‑commerce/DTC experience with hands‑on knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud. - Strong analytical ability; proficient with Google Analytics and A/B testing methodologies. - Deep understanding of e‑commerce site functionality, including transaction flow, inventory, shipping, returns, and customer service processes. - Project management and facilitation skills with the ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams. - Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. - Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and results‑driven. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. ---
