Job Description
Job Title: Intern – Manufacturing Operations Role Summary: Assist in managing manufacturing processes by utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) for sales, purchase, production orders, and inventory control. Support front‑office administration and gain cross‑functional exposure within a manufacturing facility. Expectations: - Work Monday‑Friday, 8:00 am‑5:00 pm. - Maintain high accuracy and data integrity in D365. - Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills. - Adapt quickly to new tasks and exhibit a proactive, positive attitude. Key Responsibilities: - Enter, update, and reconcile Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Production Orders, and Inventory data in D365 ERP. - Assist in daily front‑office administrative duties as a backup. - Collaborate with production, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure seamless data flow. - Participate in cross‑training sessions to understand the impact of ERP data across departments. Required Skills: - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Ability to work independently and within a team environment. - Positive, self‑motivated mindset toward learning new challenges. Required Education & Certifications: - Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field. - Minimum GPA 3.0. - No specific certifications required.
