**Job Title:** Account Executive AI **Role Summary:** Drive enterprise AI adoption by selling Craft AI’s agent solutions to large enterprises and mid-sized businesses, accelerating growth through strategic client acquisition. **Expectations:** Target France’s operational departments (HR, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.), qualify leads, and convert opportunities into clients. Collaborate with partners and internal teams to deliver impactful AI integrations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute sales strategies for territorial expansion. - Qualify leads, present solutions, and demonstrate AI agent value. - Negotiate and close contracts, managing stakeholder involvement. - Partner with integrators, ESN, and cloud providers to co-build opportunities. - Represent Craft AI at industry events and ensure seamless client deployments. **Required Skills:** - 5+ years in complex B2B sales of high-value tech solutions (AI, Big Data, SaaS). - Mastery of full sales cycle: lead generation, POC management, negotiation. - Stakeholder management expertise (DSI, business leadership, procurement). - Partnership sales experience with integrators/cloud providers. - Proficiency in consultative selling methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger Sales). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Advanced understanding of operational AI use cases; certification in sales methodologies preferred (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger Sales).
