**Job Title:** Digital Marketing Lead
**Role Summary:**
Own and execute digital performance strategies for a diverse client portfolio, driving measurable lead generation, conversion, and commercial growth through paid media, SEO, content, and automation.
**Expectations:**
• Deliver high‑impact, data‑driven campaigns that meet or exceed ROI targets.
• Communicate clearly with clients, presenting strategy and insights confidently.
• Demonstrate full ownership of projects from concept to launch, ensuring on‑time delivery and adherence to budgets.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Translate business objectives into integrated digital growth strategies (paid, organic, search, content, automation).
- Plan, execute & optimise campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta and emerging platforms.
- Leverage GA4, Microsoft Clarity, CRM reporting, and AI analytics for decision‑making and ROI improvement.
- Drive AI & automation adoption to scale content and improve efficiency.
- Lead end‑to‑end website projects: scoping, content planning, stakeholder coordination, quality control, launch, and performance optimisation.
- Manage SEO strategy: intent mapping, technical recommendations, content optimisation for evolving search behaviours.
- Develop high‑value digital content (thought leadership, gated assets, conversion‑led journeys).
- Mentor junior team members on delivery, reporting and client communication.
- Act as trusted advisor, presenting data‑backed recommendations to clients.
**Required Skills:**
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience with demonstrable lead generation, conversion, and ROI improvements.
- Expertise in paid media (Google, LinkedIn, Meta), SEO, GA4 (or equivalent), marketing automation, and AI tools.
- Strong analytical mindset, data interpretation, and performance optimisation.
- Excellent stakeholder management, client communication and presentation skills.
- Project management acumen: scope, schedule, budget, quality delivery.
- Strategic thinking coupled with meticulous execution and problem‑solving under pressure.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field (preferred).
- Professional certifications in Google Ads, Meta for Business, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Analytics (GA4) highly desirable.
