Job Description
**Job Title:** Account Manager **Role Summary:** Drive client relationships and lead the end‑to‑end execution of experiential marketing events. Oversee project planning, budget and timeline management, team coordination, and on‑site delivery while ensuring client satisfaction and campaign performance. **Expectations:** - Minimum 2 years experience managing experiential marketing accounts (sampling activations preferred). - At least 1 year experience supervising Coordinators/Brand Ambassadors. - Proven ability to handle multiple projects, budgets, and timelines simultaneously. - Strong client‑facing communication and proactive problem‑solving. - Willingness to engage hands‑on in event execution and crisis resolution. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan, organize, and execute brand activations (product launches, pop‑ups, in‑store demos, mobile tours). - Collaborate with clients to develop creative concepts aligned with objectives and target audiences. - Maintain and grow client relationships; act as primary point of contact. - Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of Coordinators and Associate Account Managers. - Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and manage budgets and timelines. - Coordinate travel, accommodations, and logistics for project activities. - Identify upsell and new business opportunities; support pitch development. - Conduct site checks, monitor in‑field performance, and manage crisis situations. - Track campaign metrics (attendance, engagement, ROI) and deliver post‑event reports with insights and recommendations. - Complete weekly timesheets and monthly expense/credit‑card reports. **Required Skills:** - Strong verbal and written communication; client relationship building. - Advanced organizational and multitasking abilities. - Creative problem‑solving and proactive mindset. - Excellent logistical planning and time‑management skills. - Leadership and team‑development capabilities. - Proficiency with Apple hardware and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides). - Entrepreneurial drive and high accountability. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience). - No specific certifications required.
